• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience;
  • At least 1 year hands-on experience with troubleshooting of issues, Microsoft Windows Servers/Clients, Microsoft Office;
  • Basic knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory. Ability to cope with pressure;
  • Networking knowledge: Configuration of Routers, Switches and Structured Cabling;
  • Basic Knowledge of storage technology/protocols, NAS, DAS, ISCSI;
  • Teamwork and strong communication skills;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English;
  • Good presentation skills.


  • Responding to queries and troubleshooting issues (telephone / ticketing / email);
  • Installation and maintenance of software solutions and  hardware devices;
  • Monitoring the tickets based on the service’s level and the discussed expertise;
  • Performing authorizing activities (user’s administration, user profiles, configuration’s management etc. AD Management);
  • Responding IT tickets based on Active Directory, mail related issues, software issues, major outages;
  • Hyper-V / VDI environment troubleshooting;
  • Installing and configuring Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2/2016;
  • User support for handling MS Office applications;
  • Ensuring data security and data protection (firewall, anti-virus protection);
  • Hyper-V VM’s creation and configuration;
  • Management of mobile devices (mobile phones);
  • Monitoring the backup media elements;
  • Instructions/work manuals maintenance;
  • Documentation of network as well as hardware including inventory of systems used (servers and clients).
